Sought and found Truth. Now a daily application of His teachings to my life is the part of the game I continuously play.  I know that reading the manual is pertinent on the outcome of how the game is played.  Basic Instruction Before Leaving Earth is the manual of Truth that needed to be rediscovered.  Learning to trust in Him who created Me and lives in me is the cross I daily and rejoicingly carry.  I was given the knowledge of Eastern health practices that I might share with others to help improve mental and physical well being.  I have been a practitioner of Tai Chi Chu'an, Qi Gong and Kung Fu for a while and feel that although I am still very much a student of these arts, my Sifu's and I would like to share these ancients arts with you.
